Rent TRX energy from 0.1 TRX — save up to 95% on USDT transfer fees. Delivery in under 60 seconds, no staking.

Short answer: renting energy costs roughly 0.1 TRX per 32,000 energy — enough to cover one standard USDT transfer. That is about 4% of what the network would burn from your balance.

What energy actually is

Every smart contract call on TRON consumes two resources: bandwidth for the transaction bytes, and energy for the computation. A plain TRX transfer only needs bandwidth, which regenerates free every day. A USDT transfer is a contract call to the TRC20 contract — that consumes energy.

How renting works

A provider delegates energy to your address for a fixed period — usually 1 hour, 1 day, or 3 days. You keep full custody of your TRX; only the energy is delegated. When the period ends the delegation is automatically reclaimed by the network.

Common mistakes

Renting too little energy is the most frequent one. A USDT transfer to an address that already holds USDT needs about 32,000 energy; sending to a brand-new address needs up to 65,000 because the recipient's balance slot has to be created first.

The second mistake is renting for the wrong duration. Energy is consumed the moment the transaction confirms, so a 1-hour rental covers a single transfer.

FAQ

Do I have to give the provider my private key? No. Energy delegation is a native TRON operation — the provider submits a DelegateResource transaction to the network. Your key never leaves your wallet.

Can I rent energy for someone else? Yes, energy can be delegated to any TRON address.

What if I rent and do not use it? The energy simply expires at the end of the rental period. Nothing beyond the rental fee is charged.
